ABOUT ALI

Ali is not only a native of Hampton Roads, but also a native to Real Estate. Her career started as an assistant/agent to her mother Anne Runaldue and considers herself very fortunate to have learned from an icon in the business. Anne Runaldue was a professional realtor for over 35 years and always instilled in Ali some personal requirements for excellence in the business....."Patience, perseverance, loyalty, friendship, a strict code of ethics and cooperation from peers." Her Mom earned many prestigious awards including the first female to win Realtor Sales Person for the state of Virginia and the very first recipient of the 20 and 25 year longevity award in the Hampton Roads Circle of Excellence just to name a few.

Ali continues to carry the torch for the Runaldue's name as a professional in the Real Estate industry. While working in the real estate industry since 1987, Ali has realized the importance of finding the perfect home and with so much experience she is skilled in doing just that.   Ali's career in real estate began as a partnership with her mother Anne. Ali has proven her ability as a recipient of numerous awards within the real estate industry as well as rave reviews from buyers and sellers.
  
  Ali, a member of the Tidewater Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence has also been a continuous member of the William E Wood & Associates President’s Club. Ali also holds the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute).
